The results from our 2025 State Plan Survey are now available. More than 1,100 people across Washington shared their experiences, priorities, and the barriers they face in getting the services and supports they need.
Community members told us that access to services, housing, improving existing supports, employment, and clear, accessible information matter most. They also shared challenges such as long waitlists, difficulty finding resources, and not having enough support to navigate daily life.
This feedback will guide the Council as we shape our next five-year State Plan and work toward stronger, more equitable systems across Washington.
