The Council will work with state and community partners to improve how supports and services work for people with developmental disabilities and their families. The Council will focus on fairness, accessibility, coordination, and making sure programs reach people in every community, especially people who are under-served, underrepresented, or navigating multiple systems.

People with developmentaldisabilities and their families will experience more coordinated, accessible,and responsive systems, making it easier to find and use the services andsupports they need.
