Christie Chiles started working for the DDC in November of 2023. She is the Communications and Programs Lead. Christie works closely with Council members to support their participation and engagement by providing clear, accessible information and materials for meetings, advocacy, and outreach efforts. She oversees communications for the DDC and Informing Families programs, including websites, newsletters, and social media, and ensures information shared with members and the public is easy to understand and use. Christie also supports member outreach and storytelling, strengthens connections between Council members and the communities they represent, and focuses on building accessible, consistent communication tools that help members stay informed and engaged in their work.
