Brandi has been here as the Executive Director of the DDC since September 2022. She actually worked for the DDC in the 90’s as councilmember support staff while she was in college and loves continuing to serve and grow at the Council in this current role. Brandi’s uncle, Tom, was mainly raised in an institution in Montana, where her family is from. Tom has had a huge impact on how Brandi considers the disabilities movement and her opportunities to help strengthen it. Prior to coming to the Council in 2022, Brandi worked in various positions in the Developmental Disabilities field, including residential services, supported employment, transition from school to work, teaching, county government and consulting.
