Tannis Sears serves as the administrative and communications lead for the Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council. She brings experience in supported employment, therapeutic horseback riding and community work, along with a strong commitment to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Tannis is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, costume design, travel, photography and videography.
